Rental Agreement

A deposit is charged when booking the reservation. Booking will be voided if the deposit cannot be processed.
Balance on your reservation is due upon arrival. No refund for early departure.
We guarantee the type of the unit you select. We cannot guarantee the unit number or location.
Check in time 3:00pm – 5:00pm (4:00pm Sundays). Check out time 10:00am
Special arrangements must be made for late check in. If arriving after 5 PM (4 PM Sundays), please phone in advance.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled more than 30 days before arrival date will be charged a $25.00 handling fee.
No refunds apply to cancellations made within 30 days of arrival. No refunds offered for early departures.
Minimum stay of 4 nights is required.
Parking is limited to only one vehicle per unit. No boats, trailers, or jet skis are allowed to be parked on the property.
There are limited accessible features available for disabled guests at the present time.
All of our rooms are non-smoking.
No pets are allowed.
