$200.00 deposit is required for reservations.

Rates quoted are for 1 or 2 guests. $10 for each additional guest per day. Additional charge and minimum stay requirement is implemented for holidays. All rates subject to 12% Florida tax. We guarantee the type of unit, but cannot specify the apartment number.

CANCELLATION: Reservations cancelled more than 30 days before arrival date, will be charged $25.00 handling fee. No refund if cancelled within 30 days of arrival date. ALL RATES ARE SUJECT TO CHANGE. NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPATURE. WE ARE SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY.
